     Revival fluid is basically nital, a blend of nitric acid and alcohol.
     It can be made by simply mixing nitric acid with alcohol. Some impurities are fine.
     The alcohol can be either ethanol or methanol.
     The concentration is key.
    The best way to get it right is to gradually add alcohol to nitric acid, poking at it
    with a fragment of petrified stone until it reaches a concentration that works.
    
    The all-important nitric acid can be made in any of the steps outlined in 1-3.
    
     1. Ostwald Process
     Oxidize ammonia to produce nitric acid.
     Ammonia can be made to react with oxygen at laboratory temperatures using platinum as a catalyst.
     2. Using arc discharge
     Using powerful electrical discharge to force a reaction between nitrogen and oxygen, producing nitric acid.
